Pricing Policy
Minimum rental 5 nights unless otherwise agreed. Longer rentals possible subject to prior arrangements.
Weeks run Friday to Thursday
- Cleaning fee – €25 per week**
- Service fee – €20 per stay**
**Prices include: bed linen, bath & beach towels, crockery, cutlery, welcome pack, TV, Wifi, cleaning. Pre-stay service, and for stays longer than one week, a weekly linen change and house clean.
Cancellation Policy
- Within 48 hours of booking – full deposit (25% of rental) & service fee refunded if you cancel within 48 hours of booking IF the booking was made more than 30 days prior to check in date.
- Within 6 days of check in – no refund of deposit, cleaning nor service fee if you cancel within 6 days of check in date.
- Between 13 to 7 days prior to check in – 50% of deposit refunded if you cancel between 13 – 7 days of check in date.
- Up to 14 days prior to check in – full deposit refunded if you cancel up to 14 days prior to check in date.
If you need to cancel because of an emergency, we may be able to issue a refund. This is conditional upon sufficient proof provided and at owner’s discretion.
Damage Deposit
€100 refundable security deposit required upon full payment. This will be refunded within 5 days of departure provided there are no breakages/damage.
